The next ProQuest platform maintenance window will be on February 21, 2009. A twelve (12) hour maintenance window will take place for infrastructure maintenance. The window will begin Saturday, February 21, 2009, at 22:00 Eastern Standard Time to Sunday, February 22, 2009 at 10:00 Eastern Standard Time. See below for a more complete list of times and time zones.

The following products will be unavailable during these windows:

* ProQuest platform products, ProQuest Historical Newspapers (traditional and graphical K12 interface), American Periodicals Series
* K-12 products such as eLibrary®, SIRS®, and CultureGrams™
* Chadwyck-Healey products housed in the US (all products with domain names ending with chadwyck.com)
* CSA platform products such as CSA Illustrata: Natural Sciences, CSA Sociological Abstracts
* COS/RefWorks

American Economic Journals in SS

The following American Economic Journal titles have been added to the Towers holdings in SS, as they could not be individually subscribed to otherwise:

A note indicating this has been added to the individual and American Economic Association Publications order records.

License Restrictions for DVDs

With all of the changes we're seeing in AV License Agreements, I want to come up with a way of tracking specific information. What do you think of using the following internal notes:

Public Performance Rights Included
Use Restricted to Faculty, Students, and Staff

If I create macros, these will be standardized notes that can be searched. Do we need any additional information or should we put more information when the license allows for additional uses?
